Privacy Policy — Meeting Diagnostics
Last updated: 16 June 2026
Meeting Diagnostics is an internal tool that records browser-based meetings and transcribes them server-side so the team can review conversations afterwards for training and quality assurance. This policy explains what it collects and how that data is handled.
What we collect
- Audio and (optionally) video of meetings you are participating in.
- Transcripts generated from those recordings.
- Basic metadata: the time of the recording, the meeting tab’s title, duration and file size.
How it is collected
The extension captures the media of the meeting browser tab only while you are actively in a meeting. It does not capture anything when you are not in a meeting, and it does not read your browsing history or the content of other pages.
Consent
Recording is carried out with consent. Participants are informed verbally that the meeting is being recorded before it begins, in line with the organization’s agreed process.
How it is used
Recordings and transcripts are used solely for internal training and quality assurance. They are not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for any unrelated purpose.
Storage and access
Recordings and transcripts are stored in the organization’s private cloud storage (Cloudflare R2). They are accessible only to authorized team members through a password-protected dashboard.
Third-party processing
Audio is sent to ElevenLabs for server-side transcription. No API keys or credentials are stored in the browser extension. No data is sold or used for advertising.
Retention and deletion
Recordings and transcripts are kept only as long as needed for training and quality assurance, and are deleted on request.
What we do not collect
We do not collect browsing history, data from non-meeting pages, or anything while you are not in a meeting.
